All individuals need goals. Without goals, it’s easy to become lost, jaded, and confused about our lives. There are three main types of goals: life goals detail what we wish to accomplish with our lives; long-term goals cover what complex, action-heavy goals we need to fulfill; and short-term goals cover what daily and weekly actions that contribute to our long-term goals and life purposes.

Today, I want to discuss how to view our to-do lists in a more positive light. By focusing on what we get to do and less on what we have to do, we can remain inspired to do even the most mundane tasks.
